Is my money FDIC insured?
As scheduled, the unlimited insurance coverage for noninterest-bearing transaction accounts provided under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act expired on December 31, 2012. Deposits held in noninterest-bearing transaction account are now aggregated with any interest-bearing deposits the owner may hold in the same ownership category, and the combined total insured up to at least $250,000.

What is the latest time I can deposit funds at the bank and receive same day availability to those funds?
At FNB, you have until 5 PM Monday thru Thursday and Friday until 6 PM to deposit funds and receive same day availability. Any deposit made on Saturday will be available the next business day. There may be times in which the check you deposit must have a hold placed on it. If that is the case, you will be notified.
What do I do if I think my identity has been stolen or fraudulent transactions are being committed on my accounts?
If you suspect that your personal information has been compromised and someone has used your accounts fraudulently, contact/call us immediately so necessary steps can be taken to protect your accounts.
You should file a police report and notify the fraud units of the major credit-reporting agencies and place a “victim statement” on your credit report. Keep a log of all contacts made with authorities and companies, as well as, copies of all correspondence.
What do I do if my debit card or ATM card have been stolen?
If you suspect your Debit Card or ATM card has been lost or stolen, contact/call us immediately or dial 866.546.8273 (after hours, during holidays and weekends). Card management in our mobile app also allows you to quickly turn your card on or off instantly.
Failure to give timely notification to the issuer may result in increased liability to you.
Federal law sets limits on your liability, but your liability for unauthorized use of your ATM or Debit Card depends on how quickly you report the loss. Also remember, you cannot stop payment on a purchase with your debit card.

How do I sign up for Bounce Protection?
Please visit one of our locations and ask for a customer service representative. They will be happy to assist you with signing up for Bounce Protection. *To qualify, account must have been opened at least 60 days.
